Privacy notice
This site is an executive evidence portfolio. It collects only what you choose to provide and uses it to respond to your enquiry.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, organization, role, email, reason, and message you provide. We do not require an account and we do not attempt to infer or track your identity beyond what you submit.
Purpose of collection
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry about executive leadership, retained search, interim executive, or board opportunities. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it except as needed to deliver and respond to your message.
Storage (database)
Contact submissions are stored in a MongoDB database so Ravinder can respond and keep a record of the enquiry. Access is limited to those maintaining the site on Ravinder's behalf.
Email delivery provider
When you submit the form, a transactional email provider (Resend, via a managed integration) is used to notify Ravinder and send you a confirmation. Your message content is transmitted to that provider only to deliver these emails.
Analytics
We record privacy-preserving usage events (such as page views and key interactions) using an anonymous browser-session identifier, landing path, and coarse referral source to understand how the site is used. We do not log the content of your messages for analytics purposes or attempt to identify you from analytics data.
Evidence Explorer & Diagnostic
When a search in the Executive Evidence Explorer returns no match, the search text may be logged (without identifying you) so the record can be improved. The Live Capability Diagnostic runs in your browser and stores your answers only in your current browser session — they are not sent to or stored on our servers.
Retention
Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record of the enquiry. You may request earlier deletion.
Security limitations
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services (for example, LinkedIn). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the details you submitted by emailing the address below. We do not sell personal information and we do not infer visitor identity.
